Three key dates help to tell the story of Belli S.r.l. –
Impianti tecnologici.
It was 1974 when Termoidraulica Belli Pietro & Figlio was set up, operating as a
plant engineering company.
In 1982, the company became registered with the ANC (Italian National Register
of Builders) and began to expand the range in which it operated.
In 2001, with the experience it had gained and following changes within the
company, Belli S.r.l. - Impianti Tecnologici was founded.
The company now mainly works on public tenders and over the years has extended
the provision of services, integrating the production of systems with their
direct management, boosting the use of renewable energy sources, ensuring
professional training for staff, employing specialised figures and investing
resources in the on going renewal of site equipment.
Currently, Belli s.r.l. is working, with an average of 30 employees, in the
construction of heating, air conditioning, water and sanitation, fire and
electrical systems, special systems in the hospital and residential sectors,
major high-tech systems, renovations and new construction in the building
industry.
The latest new project is the creation of photovoltaic
systems, with a firm belief in the future of
alternative energy, exploiting the immense and inexhaustible energy from the
sun.

At present, Belli Srl is able to provide a “turnkey” service for any new
construction, renovation and adaptation, involving either complete
implementation or the targeted creation of certain highly specialist aspects
only.
